State Rep. Aaron Kaufer | Pennsylvania 120th Legislative District
Rep. Aaron Kaufer is offering various assistance services at his district office in Luzerne. These services aim to support small business owners, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
On Wednesday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to noon, Kristin Sassi from the Wilkes University Small Business Development Center will be available to advise those starting or expanding a small business.
Veterans and their families can seek help from Brian Stolarski of the American Legion on Thursday, May 11, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Stolarski will assist with issues related to compensation, pensions, education, and health care.
The Disability Advocacy Program will be available on Wednesday, May 24, from 1-3 p.m., led by Keith Loughney from the Center for Independent Living. He will offer support for skills training and community integration among other services.
Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling Kaufer's office at 570-283-1001.
Kaufer also provides walk-in services at three satellite offices: Kingston Township on the second Friday of each month; Exeter Township on the third Friday morning; and Exeter Borough later that same day.
