The request was made under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 §66.1 et seq., and we have asked for this information in an electronic format for ease of access and review. The records requested pertain specifically to FOIA logs that were sent to Luzerne County from January 1, 2024, until October 7, 2024.
We have requested these logs with the following fields included: Requester Name, Requester Organization, Request Content, Request Date, Request Complete Date, and FOIA Status. This information is vital in our mission to hold public institutions accountable and provide transparency to the public.
