On Tuesday, March 18, former Hazleton Area High School standout Antonio Doganiero’s current college team, the Pittsburgh Panthers, won 16-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Charles L. Cost Field. This was their first matchup against the Zips this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 3 p.m. at Charles L. Cost Field against Kent State Golden Flashes.
