Thursday, April 17: Pittston Area Senior High School standout Sage Weidlich’s college team wins to Mansfield Mountaineers

On Thursday, April 17, former Pittston Area Senior High School standout Sage Weidlich’s current college team, the Bloomsburg Huskies, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mansfield Mountaineers.

The game took place at Helen Lutes Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 2 p.m. at Jan M. Hutchinson Field against Kutztown Golden Bears.
