The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Matthew A. Cartwright, Cartwright for Congress, refunded $1,000 to Judith A. Wright on July 14, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Cartwright for Congress has refunded $24,550 total since Feb. 1.
