The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Matthew A. Cartwright, Cartwright for Congress, refunded $200 to Carl Davies on Aug. 29, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Cartwright for Congress has refunded $24,750 total since March 1.
