On Wednesday, April 16, former Pittston Area Senior High School standout Sage Weidlich’s current college team, the Bloomsburg Huskies, won 12-9 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Shippensburg Raiders.

The game took place at Robb Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Raiders this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 12 p.m. at Helen Lutes Field against Mansfield Mountaineers.
