On Tuesday, April 22, former Pittston Area Senior High School standout Sage Weidlich’s current college team, the Bloomsburg Huskies, won 13-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lock Haven Bald Eagles.

The game took place at Jan M. Hutchinson Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Bald Eagles this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 2 p.m. at Creekview Park against East Stroudsburg Warriors.
