Pittston Area Senior High School standout Joe Stella’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Friday, May 2

On Friday, May 2, former Pittston Area Senior High School standout Joe Stella’s current college team, the Tampa Spartans, won 20-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Barry Buccaneers.

The game took place at Feinbloom Field. This was their first matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 4 p.m. at Feinbloom Field against Barry Buccaneers.
