On Tuesday, March 18, former Hazleton Area High School standout Olivia Wolk’s current college team, the Hartford Hawks, won 11-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Millikin Big Blue.
The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their second matchup against the Big Blue this season.
The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 12 p.m. at Doris Robison Field against RPI Engineers.

State Representative Dane Watro (R-Luzerne/Schuylkill) and Senator Dave Argall (R-29) have announced that $500,000 in grants from the Pennsylvania Small Water and Sewer Program will be allocated to several municipalities in Schuylkill County.
