Hazleton Area High School standout Jonas Aponick’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Friday, April 25

On Friday, April 25, former Hazleton Area High School standout Jonas Aponick’s current college team, the George Washington Colonials, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UMass Minutemen.

The game took place at Earl Lorden Field. This was their first matchup against the Minutemen this season.

The Colonials’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 4 p.m. at Earl Lorden Field against UMass Minutemen.
