Former Wyoming Valley West Senior High School standout Tommy Federici played on Thursday, May 15 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Thursday, May 15, former Wyoming Valley West Senior High School standout Tommy Federici’s current collegiate team the Goldey-Beacom Lightning lost 1-4 against the Franklin Pierce Ravens in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Weiland Park Baseball Stadium at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Franklin Pierce Ravens in the tournament.

The Goldey-Beacom Lightning’s next game will take place on Thursday, May 15 at 2:30 p.m. at Weiland Park Baseball Stadium.
